Welcome to the pages of The Senoi Story. Here you will learn about the indigenous peoples of West Malaysia, and in particular, the two largest ethnic groups, the Semais and the Temiars, who together are called the SENOI. Their homeland stretches over the central mountain range of the Peninsula with its numerous river valleys and they are very much forest-dependent in their lifestyle, which they have inherited from their ancestors who lived thousands of years ago in this land.
